I am fluent in English and Arabic, I understand plenty of Tagalog (The native language of The Philippines).
Being an otaku it is a duty of mine to try to understand the Japanese. But no. I rather understand and learn how tey write that's why I'm self teaching myself Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji.
I can read and write Hangul (Korea's wonderful writing system). As I can say some useful sentences in Korean, but this fields has yet to be broaden; I'm teaching myself some Korean as much as I can from TV show and surfing various sites online.
